Austin Houska is a Hermosa Beach native and graduate of Mira Costa High School. He holds a degree in Urban and Regional
Development with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Throughout his undergrad studies, he
worked for Commercial Retail Advisors, a commercial real estate company in Tucson, AZ where his love for showing
properties and helping clients began.

During the summer months prior to college graduation, Austin got his real estate license and worked for a renowned high-end
home builder in Manhattan Beach, working closely with distinguished clientele, architects, and subcontractors, and in turn
learning the ins and outs of lot acquisition.

After college graduation, Austin was offered a position as an agent and an apprentice to Dave Caskey at the #1 real estate
team in the South Bay, Caskey Real Estate Group. Austin worked for over 2 years as Dave Caskey’s “right-hand” and worked
on a daily basis with designers, stagers, photographers, painters, handymen, gardeners, etc. to get listings ready for market.
Austin also hosted broker opens for the team’s newest listings several times per month where he got to know almost every
local agent on a personal level. His relationships with other agents have benefited him and his clients with every transaction.

Austin is a graduate of Leadership Manhattan Beach, Class of 2019, and is an active alumnus. He regularly participates in giving
back to local schools, victims of natural disasters, and support police and fire.
