a Master’s in Real Estate Finance. During college, Dave got his contractor’s license and began renovating homes in the South
Bay while selling foreclosures for local banks, which eventually translated into selling residential and commercial real estate. A
native Southern Californian and South Bay resident for over 30 years, Dave’s knowledge of the area combined with his
comprehension of what it takes to build a home from the ground up, as well as his education in real estate finance have been
invaluable in his career and have greatly contributed to his success.
