Meet Jeremy

With seventeen years of experience in the residential mortgage and real estate industries, Jeremy gives his clients a distinct
advantage with his cutting-edge knowledge of the nuts and bolts of assembling a deal. At Wells Fargo Private Bank, he
specialized in new development finance, where he personally managed three major projects in Los Angeles Valued at over
$200M, most notably Ten50, a 151-unit project in Downtown LA. His on-site interaction with clients shifted his focus to real
estate sales. Jeremy joined Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills, where he quickly helped secure and manage an exclusive listing in
Bel Air is valued at $150M. Jeremy first fell in love with real estate shortly after getting married to his wife Kristy. They’d wake up
early each Saturday morning, grab a coffee, and cruise neighborhoods looking for ‘For Sale’ signs. The thrill of discovering and
purchasing their first home has now blossomed into a flourishing love of all aspects of real estate. He still grabs a cup of
coffee, but now he explores the unique and wonderful neighborhoods of Los Angeles with his clients. Working with families
and constantly sharpening his understanding of the geography of Los Angeles is where he thrives. A true family man and
beach bum, Jeremy has been a Hermosa Beach resident since 2012 with his wife Kristy, his daughter Ava, and his son Miles.
