We are very happy to announce that our founder, Dave Caskey, was named the #17 Realtor in all of Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal, which translates to NUMBER ONE in the South Bay. In a city teeming with once-in-a-lifetime properties and celebrity real estate agents, being recognized as one of the best feels that much sweeter.

Between 2020 and 2021, Dave and our Caskey team increased sales from $349M to $453M, over a $100M increase. He also closed over 200 transactions, increasing the 2020 numbers by more than 50% (from 139 to 212). With the pandemic settling and weather warming, buyers and sellers are more active than ever. The beginning of 2022 has been just as incredibly impressive, and we’re not stopping any time soon!
